摘要： 介紹了美國精神科專科護士的類型及發展概況，綜述了美國精神科開業護士和精神科臨床護理專家的培養模式和初次認證及延續認證的流程，旨在為我國培養精神科專科護理人才提供借鑒。

Status quo of accreditation and training of psychiatric mental health advanced practice registered nurses in United States and its enlightenments to China

Abstract This paper introduced the types and development of psychiatric mental health advanced practice registered nurses in United States.Furthermore,the paper summarized the training model certification,application and renewal requirement procedures of psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner and clinical nurse specialist in United States.The paper is aimed at providing suggestions for the training of psychiatric mental health nurse specialists in China.
